The villa is situated in the most beautiful location to the East of Kyrenia close to Esentepe village. It has bright living areas with breathtaking panoramic mountain and sea views, super large terraces and a private garden and swimming pool. NEW for 2010!! - top of the range Beefeater gas BBQ! So you now have a choice between a traditional charcoal BBQ or the convenience of gas. The gas BBQ can be rented for only £20 for the 1st week including the gas. The second week is £10 and subsequent weeks are free. Please enquire at the time of booking.

Automatic emergency lighting is installed and Candles are available should there be a power cut.

Upon request a cot and high chair is available free of charge.

For your safety the marble stairs have non slip edges, picture windows have emblems to prevent you walking into them, smoke alarms have been installed and a first aid kit has been provided.

There is a ladies and gents bicycle as well as two children's bicycles available to rent at extremely attractive rates (see terms & booking). The old coast road is ideal for cycling and exploring the local scenery.

1ST FLOOR - one large master bedroom with spacious en-suite and enormous terrace with spectacular views

Villa Description

Large marble entrance hall approached from double hardwood front doors with open plan aspect to the lounge. The lounge has a rounded front offering uninterrupted views of the North Cyprus coastline and mountains with access to the terrace via French doors. The lounge features an open fireplace with facilities including Sky Satellite TV, DVD, Stereo CD player and full air conditioning. To the rear of the lounge is a separate area for dining with direct level access to the private pool via patio doors.   

Adjoining the dining area is the fully fitted kitchen including large fridge/freezer with ice box, oven/hob extractor, microwave oven, dishwasher, water cooler etc. Off the Kitchen is the utility room housing the washing machine. With the door to the utility room closed the washing machine can't be heard like it would if in the kitchen.  Leading off the hallway is the large family bathroom with a shower over the bath; family bedroom with twin beds (can be increased to 4) and a 2^nd master bedroom with en-suite shower room and it’s own private balcony with panoramic views of the North Cyprus coastline and mountains. The turret style staircase takes you to the extremely spacious master bedroom with en-suite ‘walk in’ shower room. Sliding patio doors take you to the huge terracing that wraps around 180 degrees of the villa. The sea and mountain views from here are stunning from sunrise to sunset!.

All bedrooms have air conditioning units installed that also heat, and fitted bedroom furniture. The flooring is marble throughout (except the bathrooms - they are tiled) and walls have been constructed with thermal insulation blocks that keep the villa cool in summer and warm in winter. All 3 bathrooms are fully tiled, have shaver sockets and showers. Externally a gated driveway that leads to the garage approaches the villa. Ample parking is available with a turning area. All of the ground floor is on one level and the terraces lead directly to the pool. The pool area is externally illuminated as is the pool itself, which is an infinity pool (overflow). Sun beds, generous poolside furniture and plenty of shade has been provided so that alfresco dining can be enjoyed whilst experiencing the sunset on the sea!
